How the plan works

02

Maintenance visit

Cameras, recording, playback and remote access are checked within the agreed scope.

03

Defect report

Problems with cameras, cabling, storage or remote access are recorded clearly.

04

The value

Keep systems healthy and support easier to manage

01

Image quality

Dirty lenses, movement, glare and changed surroundings can reduce the usefulness of an otherwise working camera.

02

Recording health

Recorder and storage checks help identify issues before footage is needed.

03

Existing-system takeover

Suitable coax and IP systems can be inspected for service, remote access recovery and sensible upgrades.

Pricing factors

What affects the service or maintenance cost

The cost reflects the system, site and visit requirements confirmed before work is agreed.

  • Camera count and site size
  • Analogue, hybrid or IP platform
  • Recorder and storage configuration
  • Access equipment and camera height
  • Multiple buildings or sites
  • Known image, recording or remote-access faults
  • Required visit frequency

Seamless journey from start to finish! I filled in the simple form and was soon contacted by the team. They were very knowledgeable, professional and really listened to my needs. I have since had a system installed. The price was much less than I had expected and so far the aftercare has been great. I can't recommend them enough!

★★★★★
We recently had NOX install cameras, smoke screens, and alarms at our office and the whole experience has been spot on from start to finish. From the very first phone call with Isaac, everything felt straightforward and reassuring. He took the time to explain our options, answered all our questions, and helped design a system that made sense for our building and our budget. No pushy sales tactics at all, which was refreshing. The installation was smooth, the team were professional, and even after everything was fitted, Isaac has been on hand to help with any follow-up questions. A really great service and a company I'd happily recommend.

Common questions

Clear answers before you commit

Can you service CCTV installed by another company?

Often yes, subject to access, credentials, system condition and compatibility.

Are replacement hard drives included?

No, unless specifically included in the written quotation. Parts and repair work are normally separate.

Is residential CCTV monitoring included?

Residential CCTV monitoring is not listed as a standard separate product. Any specialist option would need to be specifically confirmed in writing.
