Commercial Fire and Security systems designed around working sites
NOX supports retail, hospitality, offices, warehouses, industrial premises, rural businesses and multi-site organisations across Chesterfield, Sheffield, Derbyshire, Derby and South Yorkshire. Each proposal considers the operation, evidence requirement, access, future growth and ongoing support rather than adapting a residential package.

From a single commercial installation to a coordinated multi-site project
Commercial CCTV, intruder protection, industrial security, multi-site systems and integrated projects move from survey and system design through installation, handover and ongoing support.

Explore Integrated Fire & Security →The operational requirement changes the design
A commercial system needs to work around the site, the people using it and the evidence or response required after an event.
Coverage and evidence
Entrances, tills, stock, vehicle routes, production areas and yards need different camera positions and image detail.
Access and staff use
Opening hours, user permissions, keyholders, shift patterns and restricted areas influence alarm design and control.
Working around the site
Cable routes, access equipment, production, customers, trading and out-of-hours work are planned before installation.
Ongoing support
Maintenance, monitoring, faults, takeovers and multi-site records can remain coordinated after the project.
Connect existing and newly installed systems to planned support
Suitable existing and newly installed systems can move into planned servicing, monitoring, repairs, phased upgrades and takeover support without being forced into an unnecessary replacement.

CCTV Maintenance
Camera cleaning, image checks, recorder and storage health, playback, remote access and upgrade recommendations for suitable systems.

Intruder Alarm Servicing
Planned system checks covering devices, batteries, communication, sirens, event history, users and service records.

Real work across hospitality, industrial, retail and larger sites
Genuine project photography and confirmed scopes show how NOX approaches different commercial properties and operational requirements.

Commercial CCTV Installation for a Chesterfield Hospitality Venue
Bottle & Thyme needed recorded security that could support a busy hospitality environment without working against the character of the venue. Customer entrances, circulation areas, staff movement and changing light levels all affected the useful camera views. NOX planned the system around those operational areas, installed the cameras and recorder, configured the live-view display and completed a straightforward handover so the team could use the finished system confidently during normal trading and after an incident.

Commercial CCTV Installation for a Derby Retro Gaming Arcade
Continue Arcade is not a simple open retail unit. The venue contains gaming areas, customer routes and changing activity across several parts of the premises, with bright screens and busy movement affecting the recorded scene. NOX designed an Ajax CCTV layout around those individual zones, installed the cameras and NVR, configured a usable multi-camera live view and completed the handover so the site team could review the arcade without interrupting the customer experience.

Industrial Fire and Intruder Installation for a Derbyshire Warehouse
The Telesis Hitachi premises required modern fire protection and intruder security that could be installed around an operational industrial environment. The two systems needed to be coordinated as one project without confusing their separate life-safety and security functions. NOX installed the Ajax EN54 Fire Hub, manual call points and warning devices alongside the commercial intruder equipment, then tested normal operation, manual activation, alarm indication and evacuation functions before completing the handover with the responsible users.

Ten-camera Hikvision CCTV system at a former bank
The former bank is a substantial multi-room commercial property where a small number of general camera views would not have provided useful coverage. Entrances, corridors, individual rooms and the external approach all needed to be considered separately. NOX designed and installed a ten-camera Hikvision system, introduced a new recorder and dedicated display, checked the live and recorded images across the building and completed a handover suited to the day-to-day management of the Retford premises.

“We recently had NOX install cameras, smoke screens, and alarms at our office and the whole experience has been spot on from start to finish. From the very first phone call with Isaac, everything felt straightforward and reassuring. He took the time to explain our options, answered all our questions, and helped design a system that made sense for our building and our budget. No pushy sales tactics at all, which was refreshing. The installation was smooth, the team were professional, and even after everything was fitted, Isaac has been on hand to help with any follow-up questions. A really great service and a company I'd happily recommend.”Nathan De La RosaCommercial CCTV, Alarms & Smoke Screens

Clean, professional installation, everything clearly explained, and the system is easy to manage through the app with instant alerts. The fire system is clear, reliable and easy for the team to manage without overcomplicating things. No pushy sales, no unnecessary contracts — just honest advice and proper workmanship.
