Residential security packages built around the property
A residential package brings the agreed alarm, CCTV and optional ongoing support into one coordinated design. It is not a fixed equipment bundle: the property, coverage and customer priorities still decide what is included.

What the new system can include
Build the installation around the property, then add monitoring or annual servicing only where it is useful.
- ✓ Property-led Ajax alarm design
- ✓ Home CCTV where required
- ✓ Garage, gate or outbuilding options
- ✓ Perimeter detection where suitable
- ✓ App and user setup
- ✓ Clear installation handover
- ✓ Optional alarm monitoring
- ✓ Optional alarm and CCTV maintenance
Monitoring and maintenance remain separate choices
A new alarm and CCTV installation can be supported by monitoring, alarm servicing and CCTV maintenance without presenting the installation itself as an annual plan.
- ✓ Homes wanting alarm and CCTV together
- ✓ Larger properties
- ✓ Garages and outbuildings
- ✓ Driveways and gated approaches
- ✓ Renovations
- ✓ Customers replacing several older systems
From property survey to handover
Whole-property survey
We review the home, external areas, vehicles, access, routines and existing equipment as one requirement.
Coordinated design
Alarm, CCTV and perimeter options are selected to complement one another without unnecessary duplication.
Clear installation quotation
Equipment and labour are shown separately from monitoring, servicing or annual package costs.
Handover and support choice
Users are shown the apps and controls, then choose the ongoing support that suits the systems installed.
Connected protection without a rigid package
One design conversation
The customer does not need separate surveys for each system when the alarm and CCTV are being planned together.
Consistent coverage
The alarm protects the property and alerts users; CCTV provides visual context and recorded evidence where required.
Future expansion
Capacity, cable routes and likely future areas can be considered at the start even where the work is delivered in phases.
What affects the installation cost
Property size, equipment, camera coverage, access and installation requirements all shape the final quotation.
- ✓ Alarm device quantities
- ✓ Camera count and recording
- ✓ Perimeter and outbuilding coverage
- ✓ Cable routes and access
- ✓ Monitoring requirements
- ✓ Annual maintenance options

Clear answers before you commit
Is this a fixed alarm and CCTV kit?
No. The package is a coordinated route, but the devices, cameras and support are still selected around the property.
Can I install the alarm first and add CCTV later?
Yes. The survey can consider future camera positions, cabling and system capacity even when the project is phased.
Is monitoring included in the installation price?
No. Installation and recurring monitoring or maintenance are stated separately unless the written quotation says otherwise.
Can garages and gates be included?
Yes, subject to distance, communication, power, access and the final system design.
Do you offer packages for normal family homes?
Yes. The package is based on the requirement, not the size or status of the house.
